Tips on How to Get Rid of Body Odour and Excessive Sweating.

Are you seriously worried why you have body odour at some point? Why you sweat too much than the normal way?
Body odour is the unpleasant smell 
emitted by a person's body, caused by bacterial and multiplied by sweat.
Body odour is one of those things that make you feel self conscious in the society and this also prevent people from getting close to you.
Bad oduor is caused by bacteria that multiplied on your body when you sweat.

Here are some tips on how you can prevent body odour and sweat.





  • Shave your armpit. Hair creates additional area for bacteria to multiply. You need to shave your armpit for at least 3-4 times in a month depending on how fast your hair grows. Hair under your armpit causes excessive sweats which lead to body odour. Shaving of armpit is applies to everybody though most ladies shaves their own.
  • Bath regularly.  Body odor is caused by bacterial, that's why you have to bath morning and night even when you are feeling smelly. It is important to use antibacterial soap when bathing than to just rinse yourself with water only. After washing, dry your armpit very well with a clean towel or cloth.
  • Put on a cloth at once. Do not wear cloth twice most especially your undergarment, if you are the type of people that do not see it as a bad thing to wear a cloth for 2-3 days you should change yourself. Cloth should be wash after it is put on once. If you wear a cloth for 2 days, it can cause bacteria which will cause body odour, even if you are the type that do not sweat, it will be still be smelling bad. Fresh cloth makes you feel fresh.
  • Clean Underwear. What is applicable to cloth is applicable to underwear also. But, underwear is very important to take care of. Examples are singlet, pants, bra, etc. Do not wear one underwear for many days. Buy as much as possible in order to keep yourself clean everyday and wash immediately after use.
  • Washing of hair. Hair washing is necessary especially to ladies. Some ladies keep on plaiting their hair without any care of washing it with shampoo or detergent which is one of those things that cause body odour.  Hair should be wash at least 2-3 times in a month before you plait another one. Wash it, oil it, and comb it.
  • Use perfume or antiperspirants. This is the substance used to minimize sweating or perspiration, not only the associated odor as a deodorant, and usually applied to the underarm area. Use of perfume reduce body odour and make you scent very nice.
  • Clean Environment. Your environment should be clean and conducive enough. Dirty environment is also part of those things that causes body odour which you have to get rid of. Make sure your environment is very clean and tidy to prevent bacteria from developing themselves.
  • Watch your diet.  The foods you take in also contribute to body odour. You have to watch the kind of food you take in other to reduce your body odour and excessive sweating. Examples of those foods are spicy food which increases your body temperature and causes you to sweat. Also alcohol, when you drink alcohol the smell of it linger your skin.   
  • Sundry your cloth. Spread your washed cloth under the sun to dry very well in other to prevent it from smelling most especially your undergarment. Do not spread your cloth inside your room because bacteria would have been developing on the cloths that have not dried on time for like 2-3 days.
